day1
squat 5x5 across 1x10
bb bench press 5x5 across 1x10
t bar rows 5x5 across 1x10

day2
squat 10x2 de
bb bench press 10x2 de
t bar rows 10x2 de?
assistant exercises

day3
squat 4x5 across 1x3 pr 1x10
bb bench press 4x5 across 1x3 pr 1x10
t bar rows 4x5 across 1x3 pr 1x10
