Default ERFL after RFL? Ill try... log

Hey, I decided to experiment it for myself, I've been told that its not a great idea, I respect those answers, but I'm gonna try it anyways, so tomorrow, 26/12/2017 im starting a 4 day ERFL protocol, I'm going to follow the following rules:
-Wont do EC stack, not even caffeine.
-Will try to eat on a more relaxed version of RFL, wont track anything, I'm just gonna make sure to eat enough protein and I'll eat it with salads, so wont be that far of what the book says.
-Im going to do as much walking as I can, I will be very concious about burning out and I will stop if my body asks me to do so.
-Im going to lift weights (as I've been doing it) but just going to do main compounds and with almost deload loads. Just DL, SQUAT, BENCH, OHP (and some curlz for the gurlz)

So yeah, I'll start tomorrow, wish me luck, this is how I look now:
