I know that you have the calories intake section in the book according to the level of exercise as well as the duration of the exercise.. I was wondering if there is any way you can give me a calorie intake calculation according to calories burned or if you can define what light moderate extremely heavy exercises according to calories burned? Like heavy exercise - exercises that you burn over 700 calories etc.. Thank you |
