I've seen it said to take it 30 minutes before food but nowhere have I seen it say you must eat 30 mins after.

I do take mine in the morning, again at lunch and again in the afternoon. I rarely eat until the evening.

So take at 8am, 12pm and 4pm
and eat at 5pm-12am.

is that good?



what does ec do differently on an empty stomach compared to after a meal

Do whatever works for you, I'm just saying that taking EC on an empty stomach has never given me any stomach upsets or bothered me in any way.

When I use ECA primarily to promote fat loss, shall I use it also on carb up days? I currently have three low calorie/carb days followed by one high day.

Yes, I drank lots. Coffee as well as caffeine tablets (200 mg) along with Yohimbe (herbal).

When I started with ECA, I stopped using Yohimbe. Also, I do not drink coffee anymore except for one cup in the morning. My current caffeine intake would be around 600-700 mg a day.

i'm guessing that hitting yourself with that much caffeine and yohimbe made you pretty musch immune to noticing any of the obvious effects.

It will do the same on carb up days as it does on non-carb up days. But ask yourself, do you really want to suppress your hunger when you need to eat so much?

Well, today I did as you already said.

Three doses ECA 25/200/50 each but in fact, I wasn't able to withstand or able to suppress my hunger. Last three days just 1500-1800 calories which is little for me (153 lbs, female, low body fat). I ate 3000 calories today, 550 g carbs. But I guess it was the right thing.
