had a well rested week and an absolutely ball busting lower workout. Some sushi tomorrow. ab skin feels very much like just skin

Had an ok upper body session and pushed 700g carbs with 40g fat. Woke up at 206 pretty full and tight. Waist still at 31. Higher carb day could've been better fiber was a bit high and used a couple more servings of jam than I shouldve.. weekly average 1.2 lbs lower than last wk, cals are 200 higher daily. Gonna stay at 3100 to 3200 till next Sat and reassess

Well I been maintaining pretty tight for a bit...bw has been 203 to 205 for a while. I haven't lost any strength and actually gained a bit esp on back/leg, and a tiny bit on inclines even. I'd say about an extra lb to 2 of fat I can pinch around navel, ham/glute and low back area. I am finally getting back some 'appetite' back to do some more work and gain some LBM. Probably gonna start that for real in a couple wks while I deal with some real life things..probably a specialization cycle to hit back/delts first, or maybe bi/delts..probably the latter.

Been upping my volume mostly for delt bis and back and hitting 4x/wk. Still not in surplus yet, in another couple wks. Waiting for navel and low back fat to be like my last progress pics, its getting close! Making good strength gains too pushing a good amount of carbs. Been modifying my food choices a bit and so much less bloated these days. Dropped sweet potatoes for yellow/red ones and brocolli/sprouts for green/yellow squash and it mde a huge difference.

Whoo almost there. I bumped my deficit down a bit to the point where I'm only clocking like 1/2 lb fat loss a week. Low back and ab feels good and hard and very little subq fat left around navel. Just a tad bit more of a push, if I had to guess 2 wks more max? Easiest cut ever, due to my active job I been averaging 3050 cals and stll losing. Setting PRs here and there, inclines and db bench holding steady.

Damn time flies! Scale is pretty much static at this.point but body comp changes are keeping up. Actually seeing some.definitiom.on upper quads never before. Odd. Anyway having an active job still dropping fat at 3050 cals wkly avg and 750 cals on treadmill. Can't complain. Been slowly upping volume a bit om back delts bis calves. Libido isnt great but recovery is, been clocking 300g carbs min up to 400, 250 p min, ratios adjusted to hit 3000ish based on day. Best thing is I've been really nailing dieting flexibly. A treat couple times a week and rest whole foods, lots of potatoes squash cukes etc..

Doing great here. How tall are you? Look about 7% or so at 205. You must be at, near or exceeding natural genetic potential. Nice work.

Nah I'm enhanced , naturally I'm just a lanky brown guy with skinny wrists. Touch over 6 but npc has me at 6 even.

Bumped cals by 700/wk+dropped 150 cardio. Everything fells aight lets see how bw amd recovery do

Up to 3150 cals svg for last wk and had a big whoosh down to 200.6! Waist is 31.25 which is .431 waist:height for me..nothing magical really I've been working a lotta overtime at a physical job so my tdee is a decent bit higher. I'd reckon I need 3400 to 3600 ish to maintain now. I'll keep bumping amd keep an eye on the mirror, waist, etc
Bumped up volume a bit too and recovery is just as good. Been trying to eat some.more carbs (close to 400/day) and keeping fats arouns 60 to 70g and dropping protein to 220 to 240 vs 270+
