Default F/37/5'3 -- 194.5-117 log (it's gd happening this year)

After a sad, misguided and overly optimistic attempt at RFL in 2013, and a lot of reading and life prep/mental prep since, I am back! And I have lost 17 pounds since May. Thank God. Sitting is an entirely new experience at this point, it's all come off my midsection so far.

I want to start logging here as I have 8 pounds to go til I'm no longer obese , 29 after that til I'm normal, and then another 23 after that til I'm where I believe my ideal weight is.

Start: 5/30/17
SW: 194.5
CW: 176.7 (-17.8)
GW: 117
Hips: -3
Waist: -5!
Chest: -3

What I have been doing: at first I was doing what for me felt like a lot of exercise: 20-40 minutes at high intensity on the elliptical at the gym and then 1.5-6 miles of walking around my neighborhood. I like exercise, but I was having a next to impossible time not eating in the 1800+ calorie range. Once I got down to 185 it just felt like nothing was happening. I decided to cut way back on the exercise and try to limit to 1000-1300/day, sufficient protein with no crap food, with an 8 hour eating window and that seemed to trigger a loss from 181-176. That brings us to today.

My plan is to keep on keepin' on. Any/all comments are welcome!

2 pounds up from eating like My 600 lb Life yesterday on one of two true days off I've taken since May 30. Here's hoping they're gone tomorrow

Also, Taco Bell fresca tacos suck and are definitely not worth saving 20 calories over the ones that have cheese.

I've decided to do another period of keto for as long as I can stand, I really hate eating keto especially while trying to restrict calories but whatever. 1600 cals today, >30g carb, feeling alright. Gonna try to keep the cals a little lower tomorrow and get back to the exercise.

Win of the day: New smaller bra size came today, fits awesome

So far so good w/keto, other than eating too many calories, but I'll restrict more in a few days. 10/20/70 carb/protein/fat, 2 days down. Feeling alright. Yesterday kinda sucked but today's been ok since about noon. I'm not sure if my anxiety pre-noon today is physical in origin or if I'm just afraid of the economic fallout of nuking NK.

Note to future self - don't entertain the idea of low cal/no exercise in the future, it doesn't work for us. Depressed, feeling significantly flabbier, etc.

Plan for tomorrow: 6 mile walk am, 20 min elliptical PM + abs at home.

Grumpy about that .7 gain for no freaking reason, but that's been a regular occurrence throughout the last couple of months.

I had a salad for lunch yesterday and then felt sick the entire rest of the day. I think I'm allergic to some type of lettuce because it was the exact same feeling I've gotten 100% of the time I've eaten Jimmy John's (with lettuce).

Managed 3 of my 6 miles planned walk though and instantly felt the depressed anxious feeling I've had for a week go away. So fck yeah.

Ready to start heading seriously down to next two mile markers: 174.5 (-20 lb) and then 169.9 (as overweight as I can possibly be without being obese). 8/26 is my next progress photo. Would be nice to be to 169 by then.

Plan: Keto & walking, plus need to start narrowing the eating window (I'll start with 12 tomorrow and work my way to 20). I will consider tomorrow a success if all I do the entire day is stay under 1350 cals, though.
