Default Weight loss log

I started RFL on January 4th.

My average weight loss over the last 3 months is 1.49lbs per week.

It's about 1lbs per week over the 2 months.

During the past 4 weeks, it's been .78 lbs per week.

Some back ground info.

I was on the RFL for two weeks and then went on a 1500 calories routine for 2 weeks.

During the second month, I started doing Terry Crews' intermittent fasting and Lyle's Stubborn Fat Solution 2.

During the last 4 weeks, I started drinking alcohol (1 per week) and eating more (2x a week I would go over 1500).

And I am still losing weight. I think it's because of the fasting and SFS2.0.

Still eating around 1500. Adding 1/2 avocado everyday in my blueberry and protein shake.

For lunch and dinner, I eat mostly salads of about 10 vegetables and broccolis.

My proteins come from 30oz of zero % greek yogurt and 1 Costco 30g ready to drink protein shake a day.

No weight loss this week and I only exercised twice.

I know getting sick can derail weight loss progress so I take 6,000 mg of C when people around me are coughing. Haven't gotten sick at all this year.

I hit 145 this week after jogging twice during the past week. Still doing about 1500 calories a day. Not nuts but 3oz of avocados a day for fat. Switching back to chicken breast twice a week.

went to Japan for 8 days and ate ramen, sweet potatoes, sushis, and etc. Mostly carbs. Very delicious. Very little beef or pork.

Brought 1lbs of almonds and ate it on the flight/first day. didn't bring any protein bars, beef jerkey, or powders.

I tried to keep my daily calories under 1500, but I was probably eating over 2000 calories everyday.

I couldn't do SFS 2.0 because I didn't have access to a stationary bike. But I did walk a lot in Tokyo. 2 to 3 hours a day.

Asahi beers are so much better in Japan too.

Came back and jogged daily for 4 days and I am back to 145. Need to start lifting weights again.

Hit 142 this morning after my morning water intake.

I have been eating 2 to 400 calories worth of nuts + 1/2 avocado daily and eating around 1500.

After a 2 week long trip in Europe with limited access to protein, my weight was dropping.

I was eating a lot of bread, cheese, and etc.

I hit 139 the day I came home and am trying to eat more protein and food.

I do feel weaker because of the lack of weight training.

Lyle's method is working too well for me. I will try to eat 1800 to 2000 calories a day and bump my weight up to 145.

I am 142 today.

Eating around 1600 calories and enjoying more almonds and mixed berries.

Doing SFS 2.0 2x a week and that's about it.

I go to bed at about 144 and wake up at around 141.8.


I have been eating the following pretty consistently.

10am - 20oz non-fat organic greek yogurt

11am - lunch - 5 oz of chicken breast (ever 2 days) + a mix of 10 veges and walnuts, 2 spoons of flaxseeds, 1 spoon of raisins, 1 spoon of cranberries.

1pm - 5oz non-fat organic greek yogurt

5pm to 7pm - 3oz of almonds and two shakes of 10oz of blueberries and 20g protein shake + cherries and cucumbers.


It's been like that for the last few weeks.

143lbs.

Eating 1700is per day.

4 hours before jogging 5 miles, I eat 12 slices of 100% whole wheat bread. Otherwise I can't stop feeling empty after the first mile.

Jogging twice a week and lifting light weights 2x per week.

Cholesterol is now in the 150s (down from 190s) and body fat is 11%.
