Week 4 Day 3 97.8kg (-0.7kg / -3.4kg)

Back in the 97s and hopefully on the way to a new low this week. For the first time I am not getting to disheartened by the weekend spikes. These soon fall off when I am back on track for the weekend.

Training last night consisted of legless rope climbs. Nailed a good few of these which was nice amazing what only a couple of kilos difference makes

Default Wait for it

Week 4 Day 4 96.9kg New low (-0.8kg / -4.2kg)

I am really not sure what happened, perhaps a bit of a shift in water weight because i went for a 5km run last night. I consumed a little more calories than normal as well yesterday and not an ideal dinner.

Got to love this intermittent fasting results.

Week 4 Day 7 97.3kg

Week 5 Day 1 97.3kg

I am glad the weight is hovering over the 96s.... i am always worried that a weekend will spike the wieght when I am bit more relaxed. That being said a solid 5 days training and eating this week I feel that 96s will be a permanent feature.

97.3kg No change

No change today, put it down to a late relatively dense dinner. I am ok with that. Hopefully see something fall off later today.

Week 5 Day 6 96.9kg (-4.2kg)

Glad I got back down to this. Feels like a good reset. A good training and eating day today and will hopefully shave a few more grams off tonight.

I found the stability in the 97s for the last few days a bit of a double edged sword whilst annoyed that my wirhg was moving, it feel also that it will not spike up if they diet moves to maintainance which is also pleasing.
