Ahhh, I love summer cherries. I may pick some up for my next free meal day and make a treat with them. We also have something over here only available for 3 weeks during the summer called "cotton candy grapes" and they literally taste so sweet like cotton candy! I saw them in the store yesterday and had to walk right by. I could go nuts on those, haha...

Cotton Candy Grapes sound Dangerous. Walking by was probably the better strategy unlike my strategy of 'buy them anyway' ! haha (I may be a shopaholic??)

Not much movement on the scale, here! I cleaned up the diet pretty well yesterday - macros could be slightly better but really not bad. Unexplained water retention, as usual! I keep wondering if my heart is really in this round... but then I realize that I keep thinking as if I am already at 190 so I better push through and ACTUALLY get there haha. I will keep at it for another day or two and hopefully some scale progress will help with outlook

well. really low carb day, although the sausage i ate for dinner was apparently pretty fatty! also started my EC stack yesterday, which is normally good for an extra lb or 2, but one pound is all i got, total. after 2 fairly tight days (or tight enough they would get me decent results, from past experience), aaaand nothing. looks like my body is no more into this than my mind. i think it is time for me to sign off for my big wheat-eating break! See you guys in about 2 months for round #4!
