Day 14 (11/08)

Rest

Meals: 275g of chicken breast, 230g of chicken breast soup
Supps: multi, 8 caps of fish oil

Hunger was under control, didn't sleep very well

Day 15 (12/08)

Due to social demands I had to consume some extra fat and carbs and ended up having alcohol, it was a small meal btw

So, I guess that's 1-2 days out of ketosis?

Meals: 300g of chicken breast, 2 cans of tuna, protein shake before bedtime
Protein intake: ~160g

Note: yesterday I had my stats checked, dropped 1.5kg of fat after ERFL+Maint+RFL.

The scale says I'm at 71,1kg

Caliper measurements:
a) Torso - 91,5cm (-3,5)
b) Waist - 80cm (-3,0)
c) Abs - 84,5cm (-4,5)
d) Hips - 99cm (-1,0) *My most problematic area

Visually speaking, I think I'm looking like at 17% bf right now

Next weigh in will be on Saturday

Note: I'm really happy with my current full body routine! Doing it two times per week, aiming for the higher-end of sets and lower-end of reps. Fortunately, this change allows me to increase the intensity. I was doing a ABC split with a good amount of volume, in the end of the workout I was completely tired.

Feels good to be able to see some strength gain even during this drastic diet. Today I increased the intensity by 15-20%, compared to Thursday's training.

Also, I'm gonna extend this cut for 10-14 days

Full body workout, felt good!

Meals: tuna, chicken breast soup, tuna sashimi
Protein intake: 166g

*Kept all the other supps and cut the salbutamol, makes me jittery

Through the mirror I can say my glutes shrunk a bit, which is an area with a disgusting amount of fat. It's weird because my lower abs/love handles/butt are probably carrying in total 6-7kg of fat, while the rest of the muscle groups are reasonably lean. Can't really figure out my fked up genetics

Felt tired throughout the day, but not hungry. It's a win I guess

Meals: tuna, chicken breast soup, egg whites omelet, broccoli + chicken breast covered in zero calorie topping
Protein intake: 168g

I'm having some GABA in the evening to put me to sleep

Not the only one. I look legitimately pretty lean at the chest/shoulders/arms and I don't even lift weights but still no sign of abs anywhere. Even legs are starting to lean up.

No hunger is always a win!

I should learn more about GABA; was just reading about someone else taking it. I confess the name just makes me think of Yo Gabba Gabba :P
