Default Fat/Carbs on PSMF

So, Lyle states here
that you should restrict your meals to 3-5 grams of carbs, assuming you eat 4-5 times a day, what if you only eat twice a day, is it still viable to eat larger amounts of fat/carbs as long as they don't pass the set macros you have for PSMF?

i.e. having 10 grabs of fat/carbs in one meal, then another 10 in another.
assuming you have only 20g a day to deal with.

And I have heard alot of people bad mouth milk on PSMF, but I literally can't stomach my protein shake without milk, the protein shake + semi skimmed milk is considered as one of my meals so the milk has about 9g of carbs and 3.6g of fat for the 200ml that I use, then I get the rest of carbs/fat from chicken/veggies at dinner, and still fall within the 20g limitation. I just want some clarification so I don't undergo hell for the next month just to find out I did the diet incorrectly.
