Default PSMF journey

Planning on sticking with PSMF til I am under 100kg then switching to a normal diet.

Height: 6-3 (190cm)
Weight: 119kg (262lbs) (This was after a large carb meal with a lot of water)
Age: 20
Waist: 110.5cm (43.50 inches)

Day 1:

Weight: 119kg

Good luck! At this weight you should be practically melting. I'll subscribe. The first week is the hardest but than gets real easy. Plan meals ahead; always helps to avoid making bad choices.

How is the tracking going? Mood, hunger levels? It would be cool if you posted your stats and what you're having so far.
