Cold/flu symptoms the last 2 days, the weather has been very erratic in Melbourne. Sunshine, then heavy rain with cold wind 30 minutes later, then humid 1 hour later.

Just did a quick full body session yesterday couple of sets per body part @50%.

80kg 8x3

BTN Push Press
45kg 8x3

Pull ups
+5kg 6x5

SLDL
62.5kg 3x9

Felt much better yesterday, not sure what happened a few days ago. Body chills & some sneezing + runny nose.

Pull Ups
+ 12.5kg 6x3 1x2

Pull ups were hard as hell, didn't do all 8 sets as missed reps on 7th set.

Barbell Rows
70kg 8x3

Good mornings curls & abs to finish off. Dips were as difficult as pullups yesterday, no doubt from the extra couple of kg I'm holding.

Exactly 1 month in between photos. Bodyweight has stayed relatively the same. Not counting calories, just highish protein, moderate fat & carbs after training. Not much muscle size gain, probably due to the low reps. But I was expecting at least some noob gains after such a long layoff.
