Question After 1 Round of RFL and 2 Weeks Maintenance

After 1 Round of RFL and 2 Weeks Maintenance, I plan on cutting. Instead of doing RFL again, I would like to eat at a deficit. How do I calculate my new calories and macros to reach my goal? Can I use the Maintenance Calculator, but plug in my goal weight instead? I understand to cut 10 percent off the maintenance calories, but how do I calculate the total grams of each macro from that calorie amount?

For example: Say my maintenance calories are 1500. But I want to lose weight. So I subtract 150 calories.

How do I calculate each macro from 1350 calories? I know macros are based on weight, not calorie total. So I am confused. Please help, thanks!

I answered my own question. I got Eric Helm's pyramid books which are a nice companion to this book as it lays out how to calculate calories/macros for cutting and bulking as well as training plans.
