Default Protein Powder Intake. How Much Is Too Much In A Day?

Hi all,

What percentage approximately of protein powder per day is taking the piss?

I'm 210lbs to lets say I need 210 grams of protein for my goals at this moment.

What amount would be the upper limit of protein powder I could consume that wouldn't be detrimental in a day?

Generally I come in under my protein intake goal often but I feel hesitant to take in more than say 70 gram whey powder in a day (in addition to my natural sources in that day). Am I being to conservative? What's the upper bounds of acceptable protein powder consumption from powder or other 'non-natural' sources?

Thank you

Someone should write a book about protein.
