I'm with you on this one. I know a wheelchair bodybuilder (Adelfo Cerame) who obviously can't train his legs, but he is not fat. I once asked him how he calculates his calories, and his answer was that he simply ate less than most people do because he is less active (from being disabled). He is definitely not fat though.
