Thumbs up 2 Questions on Surpluses and Weight loss

Hi,

Suppose someone is eating at a slight surplus - clean foods, working out hard.

Holidays approach they eat higher glycemic foods (sugar, cookies, burgers, maybe some pizza, etc) but doesn't stuff themselves full, goes by satiety and continues to lift hard...

Assuming they over-ate more than the initial surplus before the holidays- does whatever Fat they accumulated in that 2-3 week window burn off overtime when said person returns to the original surplus?

I started a lean bulk and tend to go diet crazy and am trying to convince myself to continue after the holidays. I am pretty lean year round but want to gain more size. I reckon I am intermediate and it will be at most 1 lb a month.

Also, when I tend to eat the I need to read the rules post.I need to read the rules post.I need to read the rules post.I need to read the rules post. I want around holidays, even when I think it is more, I lose more weight. I have no idea why this is. The only explanation I have is that I don't eat like a total pig, and completely stop eating once I'm satisfied. Is there any other potential reason why this may occur - losing weight when eating those higher glycemic, higher fat foods?

Thank you,

S117

PS: I did the UD2.0 and was completely impressed with the results. Also, I came to know a strength and discipline I never knew I had. Holy hell
