What if I’m 142lbs at ~14%? Still too light to cut?

Based on those photos you are in a good state to bulk. And yeah 142 is very light unless you're like 5'5.

Well I’m 5’7” @142 probably like 5-10lbs heavier than that photo.

I’ll take that as a green light to bulk. Thanks for the advice!

First 2 pics were taken 3-4 hours after eating. I've been doing RFL and using an EC stack for a few days now. How close am I to Cat 1? I'm 5'4 152-154 lbs
