Default Problem hitting protein as cat1 and question about kcals!

Hi all,

Im category 1, I train and have quite a bit of lean mass. Been flowing this for 3 days now weights gone down like mad which is great. 195-194-192.6lbs.

My question is that according to the calculator, I've been prescribed 323g of protein which adds up to 1292kcals. I've entered 1292 kcals into my fitness pal and filled it with basically egg whites and chicken breast however I failed to realize (until today) that I've been consuming 24g carbs, 13g fat and 252g protein.

The problem is if I actually make up the protein to my prescribed 2X/lbsBW of 323gs I can not possible afford it and my kcals go up to around 1900-2000 which is quite high.

Right now I'm at a bit more than 1.5XBW in protein and at approx1300kcals but losing weight well. What should I do? Is 2XBW really necessary? Will I lose lean mass training twice a week full body at 1.5gXBW of protein and at my current macros? Any advice would be appreciated.

Or maybe up protein just on workout days?

I'm running RFL @266gP and my ending macros for the last few days have been. 2C/10F/272P 1322 cals. For meals I have been eating 10oz tilapia, 16 oz (99% fat free) chicken breast, 6 oz shrimp, 460g egg whites and 2 protein shakes a day. Grants I could find even leaner fish than tilapia and drop my fats down to almost 0-5g.

If you can find foster farms frozen 99% fat free chicken thats probably your best bet. For me in CA its about 1.89/lb. And even with the 99% fat free I still try to cut off any excess fat.

I find that foster farms frozen chicken, frozen cod/tilapia, and egg whites is the cheapest way to go.
