Default Would I be able to use this diet for gaining muscle mass?

Would I be able to use this diet for gaining muscle mass?

I'd like something more flexible, and maybe something that allows me to kick back a few alcoholic drinks once in awhile. I am in university, but still I'd like to focus on gaining muscle mass.

given that the concepts in flexible dieting aren't really a diet per se, but rather principles that can be applied to any diet, your question doesn't make any sense

I recently re-read this book. While the concepts in it are nothing ground breaking, it is suprisingly good at prompting some hearty laughs and reminding you about some of the basics you may have forgotten, Def a recommended read.

hearty laughs?

and given teh response people have given me, they seem pretty damn novel to a lot of people

"Wait, you mean I don't have to eat hte bag b/c I had a cookie"

the crazy assed chicks on Oxygen ("I ate a single cookie, my diet is blown, I'm going to have 4 blizzards now") could all do with a copy

Somebody said "cookie." I'm doomed.

Yes, you injected a lot of humor in it which made it an entertaining read on top of the gobs of information. Like a said, a good read. The humor keeps you motivated to keep reading. I think i read it all in one afternoon.
