![]() Tracked my weight/kcal over quite some days now, looking to get to atleast 12%. First number is kcal, second weight in kg (multiply by 2.2 to get lbs). First few days no weight tracked
2098 2507 2482 2568 2596 91,2 2364 91,2 2482 91,4 2508 91,4 2434 91,9 2517 92,2 2593 92,0 2495 91,4 2319 91,2 and 17% fat according to calliper, decided here to go to 2300 kcal 2298 91,3 2297 89,9 2302 90,7 2091 90,6 2700 90,7 2106 90,7 2304 90.3 and 16,5% fat according to calliper, decided to stick with kcal since I made progress 2060 90,0 2310 90,9 2297 90,9 2240 90,6 90,0 Question is, drop those kcal again? |

![]() it hasnt even been a week and youre still losing. Why do you wanna drop the calories? Not losing as quickly as you'd like?

![]() Your current deficit is probably something like 400kcal. It should continue to yield slow yet reliable fat loss.
As oval said, only reason to drop further would be to encourage more rapid fat loss. So the question is only a matter of what your goals are. |

![]() About 1lbs a week is fine for me. There is no hurry, just want to get down to 10-12%. It was more that 10 days ago I did get under 90kg and right now still at 90.0. But yeah I guess looking at that 89.9 aint smart since it was an outlier.

![]() Oh yeah did read that stuff man. My post about last 3 days was silly indeed. That said fact is that over last month I didnt drop weight or fat. Fat last saturday was 16,5% again. Will stick with 2200 for 3 weeks now and see what happens. Thanks man

![]() dropping calories by 100 isnt going to make a huge difference over the course of a week. That would be a 700 calorie deficit which wont even equal 1/4 lb a week.
