Default 2 weeks as a cat 1 too long?

Just started rfl 3 days ago. Im 600 26male currently at 163 lbs (depleted of glycogen im sure after last nights fullbody workout) and about 15-14% bodyfat. Would it seem extreme to wanna get down to 150lbs in 14 days on rfl? Mondays and Fridays i do the full body weight training and i also want to bike for about an hour a day in between those workouts (so 3 days a week light biking and 2 days weight training). Im also a carpenter and work about 9 hours a day (physical labor). So is my goal to getting to 150lbs in 14 days realistic? Thanks in advance guys!

As a cat 1 you'll burn out if you do RFL for 2 weeks with that much activity. Maybe mentally you can finish it, but your performance will suffer and your body will take a hit. At least that's my experience when adding a lot of activity to RFL-like diets.

By the way, that doesn't mean you can't create a decent deficit for 2 weeks.

I'm certain CAT 1 is only for 10-11 days. Just do it by the book. Take a break and than return to a normal deficit. What are you in a rush for?

Im sure enjoying all the chicken breast, fish, and veggies though Thanks guys! Oh and ill provide some before and after pics on Nov 4th. Wish me luck. I also plan on devouring crapes filled with nutella on my first refeed.

Wrong. He wants to lose 13lbs total. This doesn't require a deficit of 3000kcal a day, as a large portion of weight loss is LBM rather than fat mass
