Default UD2.0 Scheduling

I am looking at running UD2.0 however due to work constraints I cannot train on Tuesday or Thursdays and would ideally like to keep the carb load on the weekend. I know the normal response is to "do what the book says" or "do something else if you can't do it as prescribed" but I am wondering if anyone can see any real issues with scheduling UD2.0 as follows;

Mon- Depletion (low carb/calorie)
Tues - Cardio (low carb/calorie)
Wed - Depletion (low carb/calorie)
Thurs- No training (low carb/calorie)
Fri - High intensity (begin carb load)
Sat - No training (Carb load)
Sun - Power workout (diet variable)

Does having a day between depletion workouts have any negative effects?

Putting a day between depletions probably won't be a big deal, but you could also try to do all of the depletions on Monday. Not the most pleasant thing in the world, but I've done it in the past when I had to.

Go for it, just don't call it UD2, haha. Be prepared to be a little extra sore on the Monday depletion workout after your Sunday power workout.

I haven't read the UD2 update/addendum in a while but maybe the 8 day or even 14 day plan would be better suited to your schedule.

Of course, I wouldn't want to be accused of blasphemy. I think I have an old version that doesn't have the 8 or 14 day variation but I will have a look.

Thanks for the advise so far; looks like I will proceed with "UD2.0ish".
