Default 12 week cut log

Hi all,

I'm starting another log to knock some bodyfat % off me and get shredded (~10% bf) sort of range. I'll be posting measurements from various points and caliper numbers/pics in the coming days.

37 year old male. 6 ft tall
range whilst being 'relatively' lean already as far as general population people go.
I have decent food habits and i'm an experienced flexible dieter with a history of tracking and successful outcomes.

I'd imagine i'm somewhere in the 15-20% bf range but the fact that my bodyfat distribution favours my lower body and having a reasonable level of muscle makes matters confusing somewhat.

I plan on cutting for 12 weeks to take me to 1st FEB 2019 when I'll move out of a deficit. I'll have a diet break around the XMAS and New Year period when I need to as i imagine it'd be too hard (and no fun) to stay on track then.

I'm currently on 5 day per week hypertrophy bodybuilding program and I'm at least a solid intermediate in all my lifts (and above that in a few).

One of my last weigh ins from a couple of days ago was 94.5kg so I'll use this as a starting point for current weight.

My macro plan is to eat approx:
2000 calories per day (+/- 200 cal each side)
~200g protein
carbs and fat not tracking. I'm only tracking protein and calories but I'm not going either low fat or low carb so it should be quite moderate.
