Day 5

Happy Valentine Day!
I received a great box of chocolates, just waiting for my next cheat

132 lbs

-Eggs whites, spinach and cheese
-Chicken salad (from a restaurant, I suppose it's the easiest PSMF meal to find)
-Protein shake and celery
-Lean red meat, cheese and brocoli

I did a 40 min. cardio on stationary bike and I'm sure my dog would like to walk after the snowstorm, we'll see if I have that in me at the end of the day.
I don't know how someone can do more cardio than advise in the book. I really had to drag myself to do those 40 minutes...

Note to myself: Not a good idea to shovel snow during a PSMF!

-Egg whites, cheese, spinach
-Chicken salad

-Red meat, cheese, salsa and salad

Row (underhand) 1X8X55 2X7X65
Bench press 1X8X85 2 X8X90
Lateral raise 2X10X15
Triceps extension 2X10X60
Biceps curl 2X10X45
And another 20 min on the stationnary bike

How can it be snowing again?

Day 7

Refeed day!

-Egg whites, spinach, cheese
-Chicken salad
-2 Cinnamon-raisin bagels with low fat cream cheese and jam
-Pasta, turkey, tomato sauce, low fat cheese, brocoli, 2 cookies and 2 pieces of chocolate
-A bol of Mini-Wheats
Total for the refeed: 291g carbs / 33g fat / 79g proteins

Can't wait to eat all that!
I think this diet is messing with my cycle. I am having my period 5 days earlier than usual, which never happens since I'm on the pill.

The bagels were gooooood!
I never ate 2 bagels in one sitting before. But today, I would have been able to eat at least 2 more!

I miss bagels...can't get them here. Frosted mini-wheats, however, I can and they usually make an appearance on refeed day, yum!

Day 8

I have no idea about my weight because I don't have a scale. I always weight myself at the gym, so I'll have to wait until tomorrow. But since I had a refeed yesterday, it's probably better that way.

-Egg whites, spinach, cheese
-Fish and cauliflower
-Another egg whites meal (It's Sunday and I'm lazy )
-Protein shake and celery

No workout, but I will go play outside with my boyfriend, his kids and our dog. We have a nice weather today.

-Cottage cheese mixed with Jello
-Fish and salad
-Protein shake and celery
-Red meat and broccoli

Workout
-RDL: 3X8X115 I had trouble with my grip
-Squat: 3X6X95
-Lunges: 2X10X55
-Calf raise 1X10X60 1X8X80
-Crunch on decline bench
-Back extension 2X10X10
And 20 minutes SS cardio on bike
