I live in Europe and we don't have any of the low-fat options you have.
Most meat cuts are fat, cheeses are fat, egg whites on their own don't exist, dressings are fat, we swim in olive oil.

So I wonder whether one could still not want to be a pro, but to be lean and strong nonetheless, and could use more fatty foods like mozzarella, gorgonzola, fatty steak, non-lean ground meat, parmesan, whole eggs as long as he/she keep calories under control and maintain a moderate fat, moderate protein, moderate carb intake (even if doesn't maintain the ratio at every meal)
Do you have Tesco in your country yet? They have a big line of low fat Stuff.
