question about carb up spillover
This round of my carb up I've been trying my best to take in as little water as possible without going nuts to see how much sub q water I can pull in and how dry i can look. i weighed 173 before my carbup and on average im carrying around 10 lbs of fat on me. This carb up i took in around 675 grams of carbs mainly from breads and rice, very very little fructose or sucrose. Right now i actually seem to be spilling in my eyes. I can swear I looked dryer yesterday int he first few hours of starting the load up.
So the question is, could i have impaired the carbup and caused spillover by not taking in enough water, or would I have been facing some very noticeable health issues if I didn't drink enough?
