I usually do this at the end of 5-6 weeks of regular 7d UD cycles. I feel I begin to "stall" and this is a great way to sprint to the finish before 2 weeks off.

I'm currently entering into Week 3 and was also thinking of doing something similar for weeks 6-8... I'm curious to see just how significant the fat loss is compared to the normal 7d cycle.

would 5......14 day cycles be too much to run without a diet break thrown in?
