another classic case of someone coming on here and asking a question and it took a hard right at "yall"

Are we buidling muscle or a science team?

405... I only hae experience with RFL..rapid fat loss but for me if I was going on a cruise or vacation this would be my go to move. Your cat 1 too. 11-12 days of hell followed by 2-3 day refeed. Drop 10 lbs easy..

Hey immortal .. Thx for the response man. RFL.. Yeh i have that book. Maybe ill read it tonite.

As far as yall. Thats how i talk and think. "you" as suggested by that other dude didnt even occur to me.. I can understand Lyle wanting sentences to be legible. Sometimes i think people can go overboard. Im a new guy here and i know how it works on forums. Dont wanna try to cause any drama or go against the grain. But like i said previously.. Taking time to point out "yall" seems a bit anal in my opinion. No biggie though

Alot of smart cats onthis board. They love their board.
In the begining I entertained the arguments. Now I just and add to regimen
I had guys calling me out who were squatting seats of 185 and stuff asking for videos. lol

Curious as to how permanent the fat loss is from RFL? I plan to start the book tonite but is it fat loss or water or both?

Once u go back to ur regular diet does the weight come back quickly?

I have to say no but cannot say from experience. I can't see me gaining it back. I just feel I have lost fat. But will see. I hope go from 185 to 175-177 after all said and done. I think I will come down passed 175 but when water and everything comes back I am unsure.

Let you know in about 7-10 days
1300 calories make you yearn for maint cals

You can drop 10 lbs with one cat 1 round of RFL, but at least half will be water. There's no way you're dropping a lb of real fat a day at cat 1 territory without drugs. Even if you could naturally, you'd lose way too much muscle.

I don't think anyone recommends going below 10% with RFL unless you are naturally very lean.

O i know. I am not dropping lb of fat a day.
I was bloated at start at 185. True weight was probably 183
I think I will go down to 173 ish and hope to stay at 175-177

well itd only let me upload one of the pics without showing an upload error so thats gonna have to be what it is. its a pic i took like last week. basically where im starting this cut/diet.
