Update-
I started the plan today and did my first depletion workout. I dont have the ephedrine yet so I just took the caffeine for today. I did get through the workout but I was feeling tired and a bit nauseous. I think that is normal on the plan though.

Is it ok to get some carbs through drinks (like gatorade etc..not alcohol) or should I just stick to solid carbs? thanks.

R.

On the dieting phase solid carbs will keep you fuller.....broccoli, green beans, etc.

From what I understand, it also helps build immunity to local pollens, since it's derived from them.

Ok I finally got the cabrs I need and I am up to 500g and fat at 45g! I think I have an equal mix of starches and desserts (brownie, choclate pudding and ice cream) ...That is amazing..So I will be all set for Friday's refeed.

Now I hope I can eat all that food because I must have never eaten that many calories..I may have to replace some of the solid food with some liquid sources...I cant belaive I am actually scared of the refeed..

pasta: 1 gr fat per serving, 42 gr carbs

trader joe's bagels: 42 gr carbs, 1 gr fat

white rice: uh duhhhh

breads: can usually get 1 gr fat/30 gr carb ratio

dextrose: uh duhhhh

corn flakes like Lyle said

apples and bananas, raisins, etc

Breyers and Turkey hill make slamming FF ice creams and FYogurts

I've done refeeds and kept fat at 30 gr (not on purpose), I'm sure you can manage to keep it around 50. And if you hit 60, count it. thats ten grams of fat. think that'll show on the scale?
