Exactly what was in the book for thursday/saturday. For the depletion I found that splitting it up (instead of 2 full body's) worked best:

Monday - Chest/Back/Shoulders
Tuesday - Legs/Arms

Nice work--Did you log initial versus final weight/height and/or measurements?? That would be interesting to know what reductions you got in 10 weeks of UD2. I am about the bodyfat you started at at about 204-205 at 5' 9" and UD2ing(4-6 weeks with 2 week breaks) until about May at which I should be 7-8% BFat around 185 lbs.

Fuuuck mee... My body looks pretty much exactly as yours did before, I'm on RFL now for another few days. But by the looks of it, UD 2.0 is my next thing to do

Congratulations on über results!

Just to put that in easier terms.

Start 197 lbs: 29.5 lbs fat/167.45 lbs LBm
end: 177 lbs:14 lbs fat/162.8 lbs LBM

Some of the LBM is likely glycogen and water although that will depend on when in the diet he took measurements.
