Thanks to both of you! A last couple of questions if u may; (hope im not hijack this thread though)

How far can i go on carbs? I like having some of it, 50-ish, would it be reaaaally bad if I went over 50? like 50-60.
Also; is there a limit on how much cardio one should do? Got any experience with SFP2-intervals?

if you wanna do SFP2 then do SFP2. UD2 or RFL has no place for SFP intervals. I answered your cardio question earlier in this thread, just look for it. 50-60g of carbs would be fine.

Would you include soluble fiber to your total carb intake for the day?

guys, I've tried to search and find proper information, but..

So, bcaa spikes insulin. Pre-workout is not recommended for any given day at the 14-day cycle? Is it crusial to follow these instructions?

I'm just about to hit the gym for my first tension-workout and would like a pre-workout shake. During my whole UD2.0 diet period i've taken _a_lot_ of bcaa and pre-workout. Should I stop this immediately?

I don't mean to thread jack, but the 14 day cycle intrigues me. I started reading over as many logs as I could of members who were very lean doing RFL. And I realized the same thing Primal Kid has pointed out. Cat 1 RFL for 11 days is a 14 day UD2 cycle.

For those who have experience with it (and are reading this thread) is it worth it to lose a few pounds? I'm assuming that's all I need at this point.

Where in UD2 does it talk about not spiking insulin before a workout? Does it say to worry about that in RFL? I don't have RFL handbook so I can't comment on that.
