Default Thank You Lyle

I just wanted to make a shout out to Lyle, I just finished my first 8 week cycle on UD2.0, I wish I had a camera because the visible results are very evident but I think the Numbers speak for themselves.

Starting Weight --> 167.4 Ending Weight --> 160.2
Starting Bodyfat --> 11% Ending Bodyfat --> 7%

These Numbers About I am very excited about but what I am most thankful for is the Gains in the gym that I got from this program and I thought was impossible before I started.

Deadlift, starting 1RM- 409 lbs after 8 weeks- 459 lbs
Flat Press, starting 1RM-235 lbs after 8 weeks- 269 lbs
Leg Press, starting 10 plates for 4 reps after 8 weeks- 12 plates for 5 reps

All my lifts went up but these three to me are most important to the goals I have for myself.

Once again Thank you so much lyle, UD2.0 went above and beyond my expectations and went along way to improving my self image and confidence in the process.

Good deal. Did you do before/after pictures by chance?

unfortunately not, I wish I had a camera or borrowed one, If i would have known the change that my body was going to go through in only 8 weeks I would have tried harder to find a camera.

Impressive lifts for your BW. Few more pounds and you will have a 3x BW deadlift

make sure to be bloated with creatine+carbs in the before as well as have a few kgs of hair.

And in the after, low carb and take a few shots of vodka.
