Fond memories of being in Florida last year, so happy to have scored some tasty protein bars right next to the hotel and not having to worry as much about the carb heavy meals I had access to on the work trip. Ate half a dozen of them over the course of a few days.

Didn't notice the sugar alcohols on the label, and nearly missed my flight out due to spending the final 12 hours curled up in the fetal position and praying for death in between sprints to the toilet.

I don't see this as pussying out at all…you are only doing what you feel you need to do to be successful in the long run…which you will be. I have been on my own whiplash dieting journey for the past 3 months and just can't seem to stick with anything…I am just trying not to be too hard on myself…
