Default 7 weeks after RFL

1. Weight hasn't gone down in the last two weeks. No gains either.
2. Daily food intake is about 1500. But I am eating more carbs (mainly berries) and more nuts
3. Working out less in the last two weeks. 3 to 4 times a week.
4. New pants feel looser though.

After reading through some of the logs, I can see how weight can be regained very quickly in a short amount of time. To keep doing this long term, I prob need to continue the one to two meals a day approach so I can eating something nice once a day.

also, i am thinking i should stop losing or hoping to go lower on body fat because the logs show most people just can't maintain good abs long term.
