On transformer's point, true that it's pretty much impossible to actually keep non-protein macros to 20g on cat1 (even more so for bobby, who's carrying a lot more lbm than I am). Those 3g carbs per scoop of ON casein get you up there really quickly. Turkey breast cold cuts are probably the strictest food out there (my lunch every day on this diet -- a package or two of those, plain, on a plate, knife and fork -- i'm sure to close my office door so as to avoid looking like a complete barbarian to my coworkers), but that gets old fast. I just try to keep in mind the calories there and don't sweat it too hard -- exceeding that carb "limit" by 15g is only adding 60 calories to the day.
I actually like to roll em up and eat em like finger foods. How much do you eat at one sitting? Like half pound? The Tyson frozen chicken breasts are my go-to food. Only cost about a buck apiece with about 24 g Protein and not much else...but it gets tough to eat. My smoothies get me through the day. I add a little natty PB (the fat doesn't worry me) and some sugar free chocolate syrup. It's almost ice cream, lol. I think Ill be good. I only had 34g carbs INCLUDING the 1 cup of spinach, so net was like 27g with 280g protein.
