Pregnant cows hahahaha

Seriously, milk is one of the greatest drinks ever (especially training/nutrition wise), don't believe these "milk is only for baby cows" non-sense studies. Internet is full of them, sadly.

if you can tolerate lactose into adulthood then enjoy your milk.

I cannot digest lactose so I only drink milk when I need help with my kick-starting my internal plumbing.
