Hmm. Yeah by your pics and your stats you listed, you must have overly hollow bones or something.

You look surprisingly decent for how light you are. What size is your waist?

Yeah, see how a week or two works for you. I dont see a whole lot of fat to cut in those pics, although I imagine even a pound or two of fat burning would be quite visible on you at this point.

Thanks for the compliment.
I'm not sure, I take 2x calcium pills a day in addition to a multivitamin (sometimes twice a day here too). My waist is a 30 or 31... both sizes in clothes fit.

And I also see that pound or two hanging around my waist, that needs to be burned off. Unfortunately, it's been clinging on for over a year now. I'm at 10.5% bf by the calipers when I checked about 2 weeks ago, so I must have something to lose.

Tuesday:

Since I just finished my depletion sets on Monday, I'm pretty damn sore. But I did a fasted cardio this morning anyways, and ran a bit more than 2.5 miles (20 minutes). HR was around 150 on average, so it wasn't too intense. And I'll probably walk around for 4-5 miles today through stores + evening walks. I'll edit this post throughout the day based on meals. Will probably drink 10 cups of instant coffee or so throughout the day also...

Breakfast/lunch/PWO (consumed over 2 hour span)
200 cal whey protein shake
190 cal egg+turkey omelet
10 cal of yellow radishes

So far.... about 400 cal, 12f, 7c, 62p

Supper + Dinner
4 large eggs
7 egg whites
4 slices of turkey
2 servings yellow radish
2 large salads + 2 servings ff italian dressing

Total Macros: about 1109 cal, 27f, 36c, 134p

After dinner snack:
200 cal protein shake before bed
5x fish oil (to make 10 total)
Total Daily Macros: about 1409 cal, 41f, 40c, 174p

by looking at the pics and stats you don't need but maybe one week of UD2, then some bulking... you're already single-digit BF% (i'm guessing 8%)

just my two cents - it's your body though and pics don't always tell the full story...

You look GREAT already. Why put yourself through the misery of UD2? Do what you like though. Good luck.

They got me at 10.5% 2 weeks ago. I don't really think my bf% can shift that much lower in 2 weeks...

And yeah, depending on the results, I might only be on it for a short while. If nothing really happens, then try the UD2 for mass gaining variation...

Thanks for the compliment. I'm a bit of a perfectionist/obsessive about this kind of thing though...

Day 3

Woke up and weighed in at 153.2. Probably just water weight I'm guessing...

-Fasted morning cardio - at least 3 miles, running for 23 minutes at avg HR of 164

Breakfast:
-200 cal whey protein powder
-2 large eggs
-2 turkey slices
-2 prosciutto slices
-5 fish oil caps
Intake: about 502 cal, 20.5f, 5c, 69p

Lunch:
2 turkey slices

Supper+Dinner+After dinner snack
6 cups of coffee
2 slices of prosciutto
4 eggs
2 salads (ff italian)
2 slices of turkey
5 fish oil caps
Can of salmon
200 cal whey protein powder (1.5 scoops)

Total intake: About 1464 cal, 60.5f, 23c, 179p

EAT factors: 23 minutes, or at least 3 miles around 164 HR
NEAT metabolic factors:
Had work at a fast food place for 5 hours during the lunch rush, so I was fairly active there. Then went to a baseball game, so I figure that's plenty of walking/sweating in the sun.

Day 4.
Weight: 152.2
Woke up feeling pretty tired. Did a fasted cardio for 24 minutes, at a mid-high intensity (HR around 170 mostly), which should work itself out to over 3 miles. Felt like death. Had breakfast:
1.5 scoops whey
2 eggs
2 prosciutto slices
2 turkey slices
5 fish oil caps
Totals: about... 502 calories, 20.5f, 5c, 69.5p

Lunch will probably be the same as above, except instead of fish oil + whey, it'll be salad. Should work out to be around 300 calories.

Planning on doing the final tension workout around early afternoon, so I can just fit in a 34 hour carb-up since I have work tomorrow for 5 hours that'll take time. And I'm slow at eating.

I don't know what level that fasted cardio you are doing is, but have you read this study before. It is a link lyle posted a while ago.

I've seen it before. Since my carb intake is always this low on these days, isn't any time I exercise considered somewhat "fasted"? Either way, it's a study that finds little difference between both, although non-fasted cardio is far more pleasant to experience.
