Default Bcaa

Are these useless given sufficient protein intake?

Any real use for them? I've only seen them recommended for fasted training g to prevent muscle loss

What would happen if someone fasted 24-48 hours on BCAAs? Would it be like a watered down PSMF (BCAAs not being complete proteins) with more LBM loss?
