Default Questions about the RFLD

1. Is this diet intended for fat people only?
2. Can you do this diet in an omad style(fast all day 1 big meal)
3. Any risk of tissue loss from organs if I use this diet to get to very low bodyfat levels?

RFLD = RFL diet? Never heard that acronym used for it.

If so:
1) No, can be used by anyone trying to lose fat quickly
2) Yes just make sure to get in the required macros
3) What level of bodyfat are you talking? But probably not. I don't even know if that can occur unless you're at extremely low bodyfat levels (4-5%) and your body has nothing else to sustain itself with.
