Posting in this since it is the main thread.

Still waiting on blood's pics lol. As I mentioned before, a 3% bf loss in a surplus in 3 weeks using just niacin is impossible. Losing bf in a surplus alone is a difficult situation.

That said, my experience with niacin:
500mg niacin w last carb meal of day
Currently bulking with 400 - 500 per day surplus

Hard to say if it is just the niacin but I don't seem to be gaining much fat. Problem with Niacin is it really manipulates water making it difficult to notice changes.

+Great pump and I look great while flushing.
+High vascularity and a tight skin look.
+Too many variables to say definitively but it seems to help w limiting fat gain in my current surplus
+after the flush, the drowsiness is a nice bonus

-flush is a pain in the butt
-flushes are somewhat random and the timing for them kicking in is all over the place. Had it happens 30 mins after pill or 2 hrs after pill. Also have woken up to it happening which was a pain.

Did anyone else ever end up trying this? Was it effective? Hard to evaluate long term results seeing as PrimalKid is banned..

There just isnít enough evidence or conclusive studying done to verify whether or not niacin is effective for weight loss.

Whatís know is that it improves cholesterol, triglyceride levels, blood flow, and insulin sensitivity.

My personal experience, is massive red stinging skin for 30-90 minutes, followed by a burst of energy a couple of hours later.

Also a decrease in water retention.

Look up at my post. As Twitch said, the weight loss claim is dubious. That said, it helps get into ketosis and it helped me with sleeping.

I gave it up after 3-4 weeks of semi regular use. Flushes are too much of a pain.
