Bit confused about fat intake during the refeed period on UD 2.0?
In the book, Lyle says to keep fat intake during the refeed period below 50 grams, or 15% of total calories. For me, at least, if 15% of my total calories on refeed day were coming from fat, it would mean that I'd be eating around 94 grams of fat. What's the deal? From what I've read, most people seem to keep it to around 50. That's doable, but not as enjoyable. Is 50 the upper limit I should be hitting during the refeed or should it really be whatever 15% of my calories is?
