Default What nutrients are important for dreaming?

Hi,

Usually I do not dream at night. A friend dreams almost every night and he even does not follow a specific diet.

What nutrients are important for dreaming?
Is dreaming needed for good sleep?
How can I get back dreaming during sleep?

Thanks a lot!

I don't think diet has anything to do with dreaming. Also you are dreaming you just don't recall it.

I find that bourbon and some good porn to be very conducive to satisfying dreaming.

Do not try this at home. Professional driver on closed course. Your results may vary.

Thank you Lyle. This website is a game changer once you understand the mechanisms behind fat loss/muscle gain.

What do you consider high?

Its usually sold in 3 or 5 mg. I used to take 3 but now 10 if i really need to go to sleep.

But thats not nightly or anything

You dream every time you got sleep, you just don't remember it.

I usually remember my dreams when I wake up and go back to sleep or when the dream was extremely vivid.

3+ mg. Gives me weird, psychotic dreams.

Agree that you likely do dream and just don't recall it.

I don't associate remembering dreams with good sleep. Actually think you are more likely to remember dreams when your sleep is light/restless.

So if you want to remember more maybe drink a big glass of water at bedtime to wake yourself on purpose.

My sleeping brain seems to stay busy. Sometimes look up meaning of dreams just because.
