Default I forgot to do an exercise

Iím currently training my quadriceps at maintenance levels so I am doing squat 2X8 and leg press 1X12, but today I forgot to do leg press. Should I do it tomorrow with my upper body workout or wait until my next lower body session on Wednesday (4 days later)?

All your muscle is already lost and there's not much you can do about it at this point.

No really, it's not that big of a deal. Just pick up where you left off at your next leg workout and try not to stress about such minor things.
