Default basic supplementation that everyone should use?

Ahoy 'der maties Arrrr...

Just looking for a basic list of supplements the average joe should take. people who workout and eat healthy whole foods with lots of veggies. I suppose fish oil, vitamin D and calcium. should there by anything else?
