Default What can I take to assist with sleepless?

Whenever I do RFL, I sleep less than 4 hours a night except the night after my free meal.

Melatonin, tryptophan, magnesium, valerian root extract, diphenhydramine, benzodiazepines, narcotics, muscle relaxants, nitrous oxide, barbiturates, propofol (use less than Michael Jackson used), Ambien, orgasm, Lunesta, I'm sure I'm forgetting a few.

For non-pharma assistance when following RFL I try to target getting my daily protein mostly around bedtime. That seems to help a bit in my case.

Yeah I have a protein shake before bed every night. However I believe that a couple of other things such as ZMA and rooibos tea have also been helpful for me lately.

I find not drinking anything caffeinated after lunch helps quite a bit. Reading can help tire you out. Does for me. No screen time while in the bedroom. No talking to pixies or garden gnomes either... say no to sugary drinks, but yes to star gazing.

There are plenty of things mentioned already. You just gotta trial and error your way through them. What works for one, doesn't for another.

Oh. Yeah. I forgot it 'cause I don't like it. Smoking makes me cough too much and I don't like the effects of edibles.

Vape pens if you can get them.

Virtually no coughing, and the doses are fairly consistent from what I can tell. That way you can dial in how much you need to sleep, party, eat an entire pizza...etc.

5-HTP helped me massively. Helps with serotonin levels which go down significantly when doing any sort of calorie restricted diet (especially low carb). Melatonin seemed to work pretty well too.
