I have made substantial changes and additions to the forum rules due to some problems that continue to crop up.

Everyone needs to read the following post

As soon as they can. I would have sent this out in PM but the system won't let me bulk PM people.

If there are continued problems with these rules after this post, I will be very unhappy and nobody wants that.
