Default keto reverse diet

I'm coming off a competition and am looking to do a reverse diet but would like to incorporate the ketogenic practice.
Has anyone tried doing a reverse keto diet where you slowly increased caloric intake?
Has anyone prepped for a contest on a keto diet? What was that like?

Reverse dieting is stupid and you need carbs to restore hormone levels to normal. Move to maintenance in no less time than 2 weeks with no less than 120-150 g/day of carbs.
