![]() Hi all,
Doing my first UD2.0 cycle and thought I would log the results. Before Height: 5'7" Weight: 158 BF: Not sure.. I estimate around 15-16% (see pics) Goal: To get as lean as possible for a vacation/wedding in 7 weeks. Midway through first week Aside from some minor feeling of hunger and severe abs cramping during the Tuesday workout, everything is going well. Picked up some coconut water (for potassium) to aid with the cramping. As stated in my other thread, I made a tracking error on Wednesday and ended up going over on the carbs by 50g ![]() Did a 1 hour cardio session on Wed and will be heading to the gym soon to do the AM cardio .. will probably keep it short (30-40 min) so as not to take away from strength/energy for the PM workout. ![]() meh coconut water. Up your sodium a bit for cramps. Helps with me. I love my sea salt. I don't lower sodium on anything anymore and its helped with cramps over the years. I used to cramp up all the time i never added any to anything.
