Default Carbs choices on carb load day

I am 125# @ 20% BF or roughly 100# lean mass. I calculated my 24 hour carb load period between 700-800g. I am having a hard time stuffing myself with all the carbs. I try to eat 250-300 on day 4. That leaves 450-500g on Day 5.

I try to eat mostly bagels, pasta, and rice with a little junk such as a few peeps or a pop tart on Day 4. Would a post workout drink (Vitargo) be a good replacement for some carbs? I do use it before and after my workout on Day 4 since it claims it can replenish glycogen stores faster than other sports drinks so I think that it's fine. Is this something that can be used on Day 5? Or do I just need to need to suck it up and eat the carbs instead of using the post work out drink? Thanks!

Actually eating food (in the form of complex carbs) will be more satisfying (in my opinion) but yes you can drink your carbs if need be. The important thing is to eat a sufficient amount regardless of how you do it.

You might find that dry crunchy carbs fill you up less...popcorn, rice cakes, dry cereal, pretzels, crackers, etc.

Thanks to you both! I managed to power through real food - rice, beans, bread, and pretzels.

Be careful with vitargo, I don't know why but I get reactive hypoglycemia shortly after drinking it post workout to start off my refeed.

I now start off with higher GI type carbs from food and taper it down to low GI carbs.
